Gary Cricks

Gary began at 2nd Swing as a master club fitter at the Columbia store, bringing his vast golf experience to golfers in Maryland. He has since transitioned to the Online Fitting and Support team at 2nd Swing, conducting fittings over the phone or through a video chat to help golfers find the clubs that are right for them. Gary holds fitting certifications from all of the major manufacturers, including PING, Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Mizuno, and Cobra.
Taylor Ledwein
- Has qualified for and competed in 5 USGA Championships
- Former Player of the Year at Bradley University
Taylor is one of the best players on the 2nd Swing staff and is now a member of the award-winning online certified fitting team. Through her experience in competitive play, Taylor has come to know the importance of playing equipment fit for her game and she shares that enthusiasm with the golfers she works with over the phone. Outside of 2nd Swing, Taylor continues to grow the game of golf in Minnesota, particularly for women and juniors. She is certified by many major manufacturers, including with PING, Titleist, and Trackman.
Brent Louden
- Award-winning fitter through TaylorMade, PING, Mizuno, and Bettinardi
- Held a variety of golf positions including fitter, instructor, retail manager, and green grass
Brent is championing the online fitting movement at 2nd Swing, and doing so successfully. Through his extensive experience in golf, including a decorated resume as a fitter, Brent has become one of the most trustworthy club fitters in the industry. Brent has served a variety of roles in golf, including fitting, instructing, retail management, and green grass management. He uses that experience daily when fitting golfers over the phone or through a video chat.
James Tracy
James has worked in the golf industry for 12 years as both a golf professional, master club-fitter, and is currently the general manager of our Online Fitting and Support Team. James has managed club fitting facilities in Minnesota, Florida, and California and has worked with many golfers ranging from beginners to PGA and LPGA Tour players. James has Fitting Certifications from: Ping, Titleist, Taylormade, Srixon, Callaway, Mizuno, and Trackman.
Brian Woessner

Brian brings decades of golf experience to 2nd Swing and has proved to be a major asset to the 2nd Swing Online Fitting and Support team. In 2019, Brian was recognized by 2nd Swing as a company MVP for his efforts helping golfers get the right clubs in their bags. An avid golfer for 30 years, Brian’s insight and customer service show in the regular praise he receives in Google reviews. He has earned fitting certifications from all of the major manufacturers.
